ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By searching on the Website and purchasing products over the Website you accept, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. Glover Family Vineyards may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended or replacement terms and conditions on the Website.

PRIVACY: Glover Family Vineyards uses the Stripe online payment gateway. For your security we do record your banking details. Glover Family Vineyards believes in protecting the privacy of customers and does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Personal information collected from customers is retained by Glover Family Vineyards in its database. You have the right to access your own personal information and to correct or delete any personal information from the database by emailing us.

SALE OF LIQUOR ACT: It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor.

DELIVERY CHARGES: Delivery costs within New Zealand are covered by Glover Family Vineyards for all orders of 12 bottles or more. For orders of less than 12 bottles individual shipping charges will apply dependant upon the shipping destination & volume ordered. These costs will be calculated upon checkout of your purchase.

DELIVERY POLICY: All deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door. The Courier does not require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, they will leave the parcel in a location as specified by you in the Delivery address field on the Purchasing page. Please ensure that you complete these details, especially if the delivery is likely to be a time that you will be away from the delivery address when the courier calls.

SHORTAGES OR BREAKAGES: Any shortages or breakages must be reported to Glover Family Vineyards within 24 hours, by telephone or email and quoting your Shopping Cart – Order Number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY: Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Glover Family Vineyards reaches you in top condition. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival. Please contact us before returning any goods. We do not accept returns without you first discussing your concerns with us. When returns are necessary, the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as it left us, and with shipping prepaid by the customer. All wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit to us. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.

DESCRIPTION OF WINES: We aim to provide as accurate a description of our wines as possible, but your personal perception may vary from our description.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT: The website will show the full range of our current vintages, however the customer acknowledges that there may be limited availability. Glover Family Vineyards reserves the right to restrict the number of bottles of a particular wine to each individual customer when quantities are limited.
